So I love food!! That’s never going to change and I’m okay with that. I have learned to work with my love of food rather than against it. What works for me now is having small portions but often which ends up being 1200 calories a day. I want to preface all this with saying that I’m not a doctor or nutritionist. If you decide to do the same thing I did make sure to reach out to a professional for advice first to make sure it’s a good fit for you. I don’t eat the healthiest but I’m getting better little by little. When I began trying to lose weight my main concern was mastering feeling satisfied with smaller portions. It takes a lot of practice and I still overeat sometimes but I’m a lot better than I used to be. Gotta focus on the positive!
